> PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: October 29, 2026  |  Last Updated: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Myfitegre Technologies LLC ("Myfitegre", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit myfitegre.com (the "Site") and use its features, including Google Sign-In authentication.

> 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Google Account Information. The Site uses Google Sign-In (Google Identity Services) as the sole method of authentication. When you sign in, Google shares the following with us, based on your Google Account:

We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not have access to your Google Account beyond the basic profile information listed above.

Session Data. Once signed in, your name, email, and profile picture are stored temporarily in a server-side session so the Site can recognize you as logged in (e.g. on the Profile page). This session data is cleared when you log out or when your browser session expires — we do not currently maintain a persistent account database.

Local Preferences. We use your browser's localStorage to remember your display theme (dark/light mode). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Contact Form Submissions. If you use the Contact page to reach us, any information you voluntarily provide (such as an alias and message) may be used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Standard Server Logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes.

> 2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

> 3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Site integrates with the following third-party services:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

> 4. COOKIES & SESSION STORAGE

The Site uses a single, essential session cookie (PHPSESSID) strictly to keep you logged in after authenticating with Google. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

> 5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your session data is retained only for the duration of your active login session and is discarded when you log out or your session expires.

You may revoke the Site's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. To request removal of any information we may hold about you, contact us using the details in Section 9 below.

> 6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

> 7. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures — including HTTPS encryption and server-side session authentication verified directly against Google — to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

> 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (PRIVACY CONTEXT)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myfitegre Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of unauthorized access, security incidents, service interruptions, or third-party service failures. This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

> 9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

> 10. CONTACT US
