> TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myfitegre.com (the "Site"), operated by Myfitegre Technologies LLC ("Myfitegre", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

> 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Myfitegre operates a personal technology and media hub, including a freeware application directory, YouTube broadcast/community content, a blog, and (in development) a digital storefront. Features and availability may change at any time without notice.

> 2. ACCOUNTS & GOOGLE SIGN-IN

The Site exclusively uses Google Sign-In for authentication — there is no separate username/password account system. By signing in, you:

• Confirm you are the authorized owner of the Google Account used to sign in
• Authorize the Site to receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy
• Are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Google Account; we are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised Google Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

> 3. ELIGIBILITY

The Site is not directed to, and should not be used by, individuals under the age of 13. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and, if applicable, the minimum age required to hold a Google Account under Google's own terms.

> 4. ACCEPTABLE USE

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the Site
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates applicable law
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site
• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

> 5. FREEWARE & DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT

Applications and files made available through the Site's App Directory are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to keep our software free of ads, spyware, and bloat, you download and execute any files at your own risk. We recommend scanning downloaded files with your own security software before use.

> 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content on the Site — including code, design, branding, and the "Myfitegre" name and logo — is the property of Myfitegre Technologies LLC unless otherwise noted. Third-party content (such as embedded YouTube videos) remains the property of its respective owners.

> 7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (including Google, YouTube, GitHub, Twitter/X, Facebook, SoundCloud, and Twitch). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party services.

> 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

> 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myfitegre Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

> 10. USER RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

You are responsible for your own use of the Site and any files downloaded from it. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myfitegre Technologies LLC and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of downloaded software or Site content
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

> 11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

> 12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
